signin , signout기능은 동작하지 않는다
hint는 cookie를 이용하라는데
time 때문에 삽질 오질나게 했...
다른문제에서 admin으로 로그인할때 이용했던 쿠키 값 사용하고
cookie값에 time 신규로 생성해서 flag 버튼 누르면 끗
